This provider was looking to build a standard enterprise Data Management platform, cleanse their CRM systems and manage the influx of smart meter data. To do that, the following requirements needed to be addressed:
- Assess legacy data management needs and identify business and functional gaps throughout the enterprise
- Define a process and standard best practices to quickly onboard business units to the new platform, facilitate enterprise use of newly available functionality and applications and retire legacy systems
- Stand up an enterprise-ready platform catering to multiple independent business units
Relying on its homegrown tools and processes, Eccella conducted a comprehensive audit of business units across the enterprise and delivered modernization, migration and platform onboarding paths for each business unit with respective ROIs. Eccella also provided demonstrations and enablement for the business units to educate them on the value of their newly available platform and provided product experts to support projects.
Lastly, Eccella delivered an enterprise level platform optimized for quick onboarding, segregation and independence for each business unit.
